This is an antique wind-up music box on a cart. The handle turns the wheel inside of the instrument in order to activate the hammers to strike the strings. It is tunable. The song list is in the pictures. We were told that a street performer would sing and/or dance while a child or monkey would turn the handle to provide accompaniment. One tear in back of instrument cloth. Does not affect sound.
