Integrates with your sound system to maximize your experienceThe Porter & Davies BC2 drum throne is a two-unit system consisting of the Engine, a unit that contains an amp, preamp, inputs, outputs, protection circuitry, and volume and tone controls; and the throne top. Setup is a breeze - you simply set up the throne, put a mic in your kick drum, connect the mic to the BC2, connect the supplied speakON cable, then turn the BC2 on. You then feed in your toms and snare drum, (or bass guitar or keyboard, if you're feeling creative) thanks to the BC2's line input. There's also a mic output that can send your kick drum's signal to a mixing desk while leaving it completely unaffected by the BC2's controls.
