Built in 1989, this is an early example of an Ernie Ball 5 string Music Man bass.This is a player's bass, has been used extensively in a live setting; although this bass has been stored in it's case for the last 10 years under a bed, so, it would be considered lightly used for it's age.This bass was well cared for and loved for many years by a passionate Music Man bass lover.The bass plays perfectly and has zero issues.The bass does have some *minor* nominal wear that would be expected from a player's bass of about half of this age (minor belt-buckle rash, and one dent under the bridge) (Both captured in the photos). I would say the wear is much less than you would expect from a player's bass of this age.Only minor fret wear and almost no neck wear.Feel free to look up the serial number on the MusicMan forum to date this bass. It's a true original (serial number in photo is a little hard to make out, it is 51307).Also included is the original hard shell case which is also in great condition.
