Uber-rare Rickenbacker 650A Atlantis, in Turquoise with Maple through-neck. Manufactured in 1994, the guitar is in fantastic condition for an instrument which will soon be 23 years old, with no major dings, paint chips, buckle-rash or fret-wear. It comes complete with its original Rickenbacker 'Tolex'-type case, which is also in very good condition. The 650A Atlantis was one of five 650 Series models which have been produced by the Rickenbacker Corporation, comprising the 650D Dakota, 650S Sierra, 650A Atlantis, 650E Excalbur/Frisco & 650C Colorado – as shown in the final photo. Only the 650C Colorado is still in production (shown here in Mapleglo, though it is available in other colours), so the four discontinued models are becoming more difficult to source.More photos will be added to the listing shortly.
