Excellent example of the first version of the Krupa snare with early style bridges. This drum is also one of the first with early style thick wall lugs, with inserts. The very first versions did not have these and the lugs would become stripped as a result so inserts were quickly added. This is a drum you can play as it was originally made without being concerned about broken or stripped lugs. This is the most sought after version of the Krupa snare as originally specified by him. The same as the one he used with the Benny Goodman Band before his departure. This drum sings ! Solid maple shell, the nicest I have ever seen including the very clean original WMP, and cloud badge. Some slight blemishes in chrome. All original except for modern heads. Vintage snare wires are included. I have posted pictures of all sides for your inspection.
