Selling a vintage RCA 77DX microphone. My father picked this up from a studio here in Nashville over 30 years ago when they were shutting down. It was kept as shelf decor in his study for about 20 years and then boxed up and stored in a cabinet until now. He is moving and wants it to go to a good home. It has never been serviced or sent off anywhere, it is completely original and in great shape for its age. I do not have the means to hook it up to test its sound quality. It was last hooked up over 10 years ago and sounded great, but since I can't verify its current condition I am going to accept full returns for 30 days on it just in case.I believe it was on a boom when he picked it up, he never had an official stand for it and there is not one included with this sale. One of the tightening screw caps is missing from the side of the metal harness it sits in, and there is a little bit of wear on the fabric.
