NOTE this is also for sale cheaper on Los Angeles C L, if it does sell there first i will take down this ad.I have a 2009 ESP Viper Standard Series, made in Japan here. Very cool guitar. If you are not wowed by it at first glance you will be when you spend time with it. It weighs in at 7.0lbs, it's lighter than it looks and this is because very good quality, resonant mahogany is used on the standard series that tends to weigh less per mass than the stuff they use on the LTD's. It has a rich musical sound to it. a sweetness and a slow decay to the sustain. I consider it a warm open sounding guitar. However the EMG's are pure power and thickness which makes for a nice complete tone.The matte finish from my experience is less prone to showing every little ding or scratch that you will potentially make. See the pics for condition, it's quite nice cosmetically. Everything works how it should and the setup is fantastic. ESP's are fun to play because they have the straightest truest necks in the industry. You will find that you make fewer mistakes and play better on these than you will on other guitars, they really do shred.It ships in it's ESP standard hardcase, again great quality, wood covered with tolex, not plastic. I do my shipments 90% of the time with Fedex, i have found that is the lowest cost and most reliable.Thanks for reading!
