This allows 48 hours to inspect & decide on the purchase. If an item is to be returned, verbal notification must be given within 48 hours of receipt of the item, GPG then issues an return authorization and customer ships the item back to GPG.  Items should be carefully packed, to insure against breakage & should be returned in the same condition as shipped, new items must be returned in new condition (special attention to warranties being unsigned, all paperwork, plastic still remains on pickguard & all parts etc).  Upon notification the item must be returned within 7 days. All shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.  Insurance claims that result from shipping damage are the shared responsibility of the customer and Garrett Park Guitars. Customer will be asked to save all packaging for carriers representative to review as a part of the claims process.
