EVH 5150 iii 50. I purchased back in 2012 Original Box footswitches and cables and manuals included It is in excellent condition, no cuts or marks on the head at all.. The footswitch with the cord hasn't even been used  Powerful amp great sounds for a great price. I just purchased another amp  and I have no need for two.
