*****Scroll down to see 56 Hi Resolution images*****Here's a 2002 Gibson L-5 CES Wes Montgomery in a factory original Natural finish. This guitar is in excellent condition and has been exceptionally well cared for. It has no headstock breaks, cracks or repairs. There are some scratches under the bridge - but that's about it. Overall, the finish is glossy, clean and almost perfect. The back has 1 or 2 really light clear coat indents, there's a few light scratches by the input jack, and there's a small clear coat blem from a guitar hanger- see pics. All the electronics work as intended and the neck is straight. It plays absolutely amazing and is a 1 of a kind.It has just been deep cleaned and detailed. The front, back, sides and neck were waxed and buffed with a high grade carnuba wax. The frets were polished and the fingerboard was cleaned, buffed and moisturized with an instrument grade lemon oil. It was set up with Jazz Lights, adjusted and plays very nicely. She weighs 7.1 lbs.
