I would describe it as near mint except for a noticeable ding on the lower bout right below pick guard (which appears to have been touched up since). Otherwise, I detect some minor scratches and handling marks, including a minor chip in the clear finish on the backside (please see photos). The instrument looks to have been rarely played.
