Rare 1991 Fender Prodigy Electric Guitar HSS Black USA Kahler Spyder Trem w/HSC & Serial Matched Hang TagFor sale is Fender's awesome contribution to the superstrat, a 1991 Fender Prodigy. This guitar features all original hardware, including a USA Kahler Spyder trem w/trem bar and locking nut bolts, original electronics and all black hardware; weighing in at a total of 8lbs on the dot. Also includes some of the original paperwork, including a hand-written, serial matched hang tag! It's in great overall condition for its age with a few chips, dings and scratches throughout the body. There are trivial neck pocket cracks, some buckle rash and pick marks, too. The frets show only very light wear. At some point, someone applied solder to the trem bar tightening nut on the side of the Kahler; I assume this can just be removed with a soldering iron, but haven't attempted it and can't be sure. Ships in a nice, used Fender hardshell case! ShippingI will not mark packages as a 'gift' nor will I declare a reduced value. Shipping will be calculated depending on your location via USPS Priority Mail. There is a handling fee of $15.00 (US) or $25.00 (out of the country). This covers insurance, packaging, and all other handling fees. The buyer assumes all responsibility for customs/import fees. I usually take two weekdays to process and ship each order. If you suspect damage when you receive an item, open it immediately at the post office in front of a clerk and note the suspected damage to them.
