Yamaha YSS-675 Professional Soprano Saxophone, Great Player, Beautiful Sound! This auction is for a fantastic Yamaha YSS-675 Professional Soprano Saxophone. This instrument was played professionally for many years by the previous owner. It has just been overhauled and most of the pads were replaced during this process. It is in great playing condition and really sings. There is a bit of wear on this instrument. Spotty lacquer loss is present in many areas of the instrument, but there are no major dents or evidence of dent repair. The 675 soprano is one of my favorite Yamaha Sopranos. It was one of the first instruments that included two neck options, allowing the player to choose curved or straight for comfort and playability. It has a great tone and wonderful response & intonation. This instrument includes both M1 and M1R necks and a generic mouthpiece, reeds, cork grease, and case. The case is in nice condition, though there are a couple parts on the case that are scratched, and the latches have come minor lacquer loss as well.
