What makes this guitar special: Built to match the specs of the classic ’57 models, these Vintage Reissues play nearly as well as their vintage counterparts, with terrific neck feel and spanky Stratocaster tones that span the entire spectrum of sound, from warm and bluesy in the neck position to crisp and twangy highs in the bridge position. This particular piece is in great condition, with hardly any visible wear, and sports a rare Ice Blue Metallic finish, not commonly found on any Fender models, let alone a Vintage Reissue. It’s been gone over by our in-house master luthier and professionally setup, so all you have to worry about it tuning it. Cosmetic condition: Great shape with standard wear-some surface and handling marks, a few scuffs and surface scratches, along with a little bit of light finish cracking at the neck joint, a crack on the corner of the tremolo cover, a bit of finish chipping just around and under the neck plate, and some discoloration on the fingerboard at the fourth fret.Body: Contoured, solid alder body in ice blue metallic finish with single ply white pickguard and six-screw tremolo bridge with individually adjustable saddles.Weight: 7 lb, 13.9 ozNeck: Full C-shaped maple neck with black side dots, black dot inlays, and skunk stripe. 1 11/16” nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. Maple fingerboard is in terrific shape with no wear other than the discoloration at the fourth fret, and frets show only very light wear with nearly a full lifetime of use left in them. Vintage style tuners function perfectly. Neck is straight and truss rod works as it should.Electronics: Triple single coils (Neck-5.83K ohms, Middle-5.79K ohms, Bridge-5.88K ohms) with 3-way pickup selector switch and white skirted knobs, 2x tone, 1x volume.Case: Original hard shell case included, along with white tipped tremolo arm, 5-way switch, bridge cover, and some of the original documentation.
