This is a Selmer Omega USA clarinet, having registration number 1059. It is an early USA-made clarinet, when Selmer's instruments approached the quality of those made in Paris. This clarinet is made from grenadilla wood and there is no tarnishing on the metal work because the metal is solid silver, not silver plate. The mouth piece is a Selmer Console.This instrument has been in the possession of owner for many years. He is a professional musician of long standing, who also owned a musical instrument shop in the UK and is experienced in servicing and renovating woodwind instruments. He has fully refurbished this clarinet. The case is a new one.It will be despatched by courier, the postage includes insurance.
