It is literally brand new . I got it for my wife as a present ,but unfortunately did't work as such. little bit big for her and she is use to the old one. It comes with the case ,original documentation and registration card. It has the original FIVE YEAR WARRANTY .,!!!i brought it from europe ,.bought in a music store full price 2200$,..it is new new new.
