A very fine old French violin bow made by the workshop of Nicolas Maire ca. 1845, certified by J.F. Raffin, S. Bigot and Y. Le Canu in Paris. The button is from the period. This is a SUPERB SOUNDING and HANDLING PROFESSIONAL bow in a fine state of preservation. The length of the bow is 72.3 cm and the weight of the stick is 56 g with very light tinsel winding.
