F. Loree Full Wood Conservatory Professional Oboe, Left F + Bb Resonance! This auction is for a Loree Professional Model Conservatory System Oboe in great condition. This E serial Oboe is ALL WOOD and has a great variety of features, including a Left F key, Low Bb Resonance port, and others. Loree is widely considered to be the most popular Professional Grade oboe in the US, and for good reason. Their consistently high quality instruments and continual pioneering designs make them a great choice for any player. This instrument is Full Conservatory. It has many alternate keys and adjustments expected in a high end professional instrument, including the split Eb, left F key, along with others. The wood body is in great condition overall, but there was a repaired hairline crack on the top joint underneath the first octave key. It does not appear to have touched the bore, but we did not make the original repair, so we can’t say for sure. It has held up well, and the top joint still maintains a great seal. We will guarantee the crack repair for two years after sale, doing any further necessary repairs at no cost. The grain on this instrument is particularly rich, and gives it a beautiful tone.
