Hi Folks, If you could go back in a time machine the Egmond's condition would be that on a guitar shop wall in Europe a couple of years old. In reality, this is 52 years old but looks near new. The chrome is excellent... 100% original with new strings... At the moment it needs one Ferrell on the tuning peg... Frets were just leveled and polished... Looks like it was never played or set up... Fret board sanded and oiled... The patina was left untouched on the screws and tremolo works as it should! Pick guard repaired around where corner screws seated... Cracks reinforced... One dot inlay on the 12th fret is recessed and could be reinstalled... Just Remarkable condition. Keep in mind the age of this vintage guitar... There may be very slight vinyl shrinkage near a seam. Electronics have been conditioned and work... Volume needs to be near wide open but didn't want to fool with it. Has all the tones from the 60's... The case from this era is available but not included in the auction. As pictured it is in very good condition with one scuff on the top and a couple on the bottom... Some patina on the metal hardware on the case. Original envelop for the keys and era correct 1/4 heavy duty cord.
