So I purchased this Cello for seven thousand dollars prior to going to conservatory and it has served me very well for the past two years. It is labeled "Great Wall" which I think is the name of the shop that last serviced it. It is a phenomenal instrument perfect for advanced players but given that I've just won a major competition with it, I am looking to upgrade my whole set up. The instrument plays incredibly well for its price range, and has no technical limits that I found in my study. It has a single, light wolf tone in between the F natural and F sharp when played on the "g" string. It plays particularly well with artificial harmonics, which some instruments can't give good sound on. I have gotten to know this instrument quite well and I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have about it!There was a single repair done on a small crack from humidity changes in the upper left rib, but it has had no significant repairs and is in excellent, perfectly playable condition, though after shipping you may want to go get it adjusted by a professional, as I will be shipping it with the bridge down in order to avoid damage.I am so attached to the instrument that I decided to include the used hard case in the auction because I would be devastated if something happened to it in transport!  I am also including a back up bow that, while in need of a re-hair, is a very good Hans Kruger Pernambuco bow.       Also, do note that I have receipts for all of my purchases and can prove the authenticity and unequivocal ownership of every part of this auction. Be very wary of buying instruments from buyers who cannot show proof of ownership. Many eBayers sell stolen instruments or inauthentic instruments and leave the buyer to deal with the ramifications. To break down what I paid:Cello- 7250 at The Loft Violin Shop Case-   450 at The Loft Violin ShopBow-    339 at SouthWest StringsFeel free to contact me with any questions and message me to ask about a 150$ discount!!!Standard Shipping is free, however, any expedited services (i.e in time for Christmas post December 18th) will be quite expensive, as the instrument is very large and expensive to ship.
