The Dean Rusty Cooley RC7X 7-String Electric Guitar was spec,d by Rusty to take shredding to the next level. It features a maple neck with an ebony fretboard and Cooley custom neck profile, 24 fast frets with Pearl "Cooley" inlays, and a 25.5" scale to facilitate wicked, shredding solos, and lightning-quick chord changes. humbuckers use alnico magnet coils with a wide aperture to maintain a beefy low end and a fat top for loads of output, while the Floyd Rose Original locking trem unleashes harmonic-squeal madness.This guitar was bought in Houston, Texas while visiting Rusty for an intensive week of lessons with the Master of Shred himself, Mr. Rusty Cooley. The guitar has since been sitting in its case for close to a year now as I am no longer playing 7-string guitars and have taken my playing in a different direction. This guitar is essentially brand-new, it has maybe 20 hours of playing mileage on it. The picture shown is Rusty Cooley autographing the guitar that is being sold, and thus is not just another Dean RC-7 model. Dean Hardshell Case included.
