This guitar was given to me last year as a present. It was a featured item in a benefit auction for a local elementary school in Baltimore. I'm not sure what Paul's connection to the school was but this was a very generous donation. I honestly haven't played the instrument because of the signature. This one is probably best suited for a collector. It is truly gorgeous and the signature makes it quite a special item. I'm guessing Paul probably selected the best looking specimen off of the line to adorn his signature. The highly figured maple top looks like something from the private stock collection. You will notice that the original protective covering is intact on the covers on the back of the guitar. This is truly a one of a kind item. I believe this finish was called chestnut. The pictures really don't do it justice. The figured maple catches the light and has a 3 dimensional-like depth that you can just get lost in.Please ask any questions before bidding.Thanks and happy bidding!
