Up for Bid, or buy-it-now if you choose,My dad’s 1951 Martin 00-18G guitar. Great condition! The serial number, as read by a music store manager who looked up the number for when it was made, estimates the date to be November or December 1951. My dad purchased it in early 1952 in sourthern California. I had new Spanish nylon strings professionally installed on it just last month, and it sounds amazing! The guitar case is original, but has seen better days. I would say it is in okay shape. Similar guitars, I have found online, go from anywhere from $1800 to $3000 so I think my starting bid is reasonable.Will take $500 deposit by PayPal with the balance via personal check. When it clears I will have the guitar professionally packed by Wrap N Pack, and shipped immediately. if you have any questions, please contact me by eBay email. I am not a musician, but I will do my best to answer what I can.I really want this guitar to go to a great person who loves to play acoustic guitar. The sound is so sweet.
