I bought this guitar as "the last guitar of my life" in 2004 --- it was/IS in very close to mint condition and hardly been played. She is a 2002 Custom 24 Artist (Paua Shell birds --- rosewood headstock -- stunning 10+ top flamed violin amber-burst -- gold hardware). I was so intimidated by her beauty and condition that she has lived almost every day of her life with me in her leather presentation case. I continued to play other "nice" guitars --- but this one has been for viewing only. No fret wear -- no buckle-etc,etc. My friends call her "the queen" and every now and then we open her case and look. A beautiful piece of PRS history. No way you could be disappointed. The two possible flaws you see in the main picture are 1) a reflection (looks like a scrape) and 2) a glob of some sort that wiped off just now (on the upper - lower in the picture bout). The guitar truly is VERY close to mint. Largely because it has hardly been played.
