Fender '50s Classic Player Strat, 2008 model, 2 tone sunburst, 1 piece alder body, maple neck with a '50s soft V profile, 2-point tremolo and locking Kluson style tuners. Excellent condition, no fret wear, no dings, minimal wear, good setup, fresh 10-46 strings.Upgrades are:Neck: Seymour Duncan SSL-1 alnico V, formvar wire, hot vintage output. Full sounding with plenty of top end sparkle.Middle: Bare Knuckle Pat Pend 59 alnico V, formvar wire, vintage output. Provides great in-between sounds in positions 2 and 4' reverse wound for hum reduction.Bridge: Bare Knuckle Slow Hand with baseplate alnico V, overwound polysol wire, hot mid-heavy output. Thick and warm for a strat bridge, baseplate adds extra spank, almost tele-like.New quality 250k pots, Oak Grigsby 5 way switch and Mullard 15nf capacitor.Replacement mint green 3-ply pickguard, vintage white covers, knobs and tip.Bone nut and edge rolled fingerboard.Cavities sheilded.Rolled steel trem block.Comes with a Fender branded padded soft case, trem arm, and Fender tags/candy.A short demo of this very guitar, played by Rob Parry, starting at the neck pup and working down to the bridge: .Local cash-on-collection preferable and you canto try it out.
