This guitar is in absolutely MINT condition. It plays and sounds just like what you would expect from the impeccable Martin guitar. This is a 2012 that was purchased in 2016 as a new old stock, NOS. This guitar has been played less than 1 hour. The action on the neck is low and fast. I purchased this guitar and then immediately afterward I came across a D-18 which was what I had been looking for. Unfortunately I cannot afford to keep them both as much as I would like. This guitar comes with the original Martin hard shell case that came from Martin and is identified with the brass plaque on the side of the case. The guitar serial number is 1703668. Whoever purchases this guitar will be 100% satisfied. If you are looking for the sound of a Martin without paying the price for an 18 or 28, then this is the guitar to have.
