I did a save silver Econo-Overhaul on this horn. Took most of dents out. Cleaned valve casing, slides, valves and branches inside chemically, rolled out, soldered back together and polished up silver plating. Wear and tear signs on silver can be seen still (save silver overhaul) More about the tuba: Special lightweight model. Extremely responsive, precision intonation, with a beautifully rich symphonic tone. Highly responsive and balanced in all registers. Three valves. Lustre-Conn finish over polished brass. This is an all purpose tuba. Good sound in all registers: they can play loud with ease and ease/lightweight to carry around to gigs. -Bore 0.695" -Bell up -Bell Diameter 18" -Weight 15 lbs 12 oz. -Slides are freshly lubricated and working well, -1 year limited warranty, -Comes with a brand new hard tuba case on wheels -New mouthpiece, -Valves are tight and in good condition. Good compression! -Original valves with same serial number on them, -Serial number is E84717 -B-flat, -Even if I had to patch up the face of bell, the brass material and the tuba itself is very safe and sound.
