This auction is for the 1930's Slingerland's Melody King tenor banjo listed above and shown in the pictures. It is in very good condition with a trace of fret wear and no fingerboard ware. The neck is straight and no twisting. This is not the entry level model. It has a lot of fancy pearl work-as shown in the pictures. This is the high quality, professional grade instrument featuring the original machined Grover tuners. It comes with the original hard shell case-needing some repair work-mostly glueing.
