We do not play, but it was appraised and is currently stored at Voss Violins Shop in Atlanta, GA  (please see the picture of the appraisal)We were told that this bow is medium in spectrum from soft to firm. As his grandfather and father, he learnt the craft of cabinetry. As a child he started playing the violin and it was his destiny to master in violin making and later in bow making (with Gilles Duhaut, Pierre Guillaume and Benoit Rolland). He also studied violin making in Brienz and restoration with  Weinstein  in Tel Aviv. In 1997 he established his own company. In 2004 he won important competitions in the USA and Paris. He won the titel „unrivalled“ in both competitions.Additional prizes:Gold (contrabass) and 3 awards of merit (violin, viola, violoncello) USA 2000.Gold (viola) and 3 awards of merit (violin, violoncello, contrabass) USA 2002.Bronze (violin) BVMA.4 x gold (violin, viola, violoncello, contrabass) USA 2004.Silver (violoncello) and gold (contrabass) Paris 2004.
Juror VSA 2006His style is inspired by  Mirecourter, Pecatte, Maire and Pajeot. The dark wood he uses for his bow sticks is a reminder of these masters.
