Paul Reed Smith SE Frederik Akesson Signature model.Single cutaway Les Paul style with two tone controls and two volume controls. The stock tone and volume pots have been upgraded to CTS 500k audio taper pots. Also, they have been rearranged so that the lower controls operate the bridge PU and the upper controls operate the neck pu instead of the way PRS made them (in reverse) by Frederik's preference.The pickups have been upgraded to Seymour Duncan SH-1N (2 conductor) and SH-5 Bridge (4 conductor). Also known as the 59 Neck and the Duncan Custom Bridge PU's.The body is made of mohagany with a maple cap (like a les paul) a nice quilted maple veneer on top of that that can be seen through the brown finish. Neck wood is maple, fingerboard is a very slick smooth ebony.The three way toggle selector switch is set up stock. Neck- Neck/Bridge- Bridge. No fancy phase shifting, push pull knobs or single coil tapping like many PRS guitars have.Please send any questions- I'll be happy to answer them.
