this leblanc paris system [or semi rationnel if you prefer]-is in totally original condition and plays superbly-it really sings.the lacquer as you would expect being 58 years old is faded and patchy-there are no dings or dents anywhere or any signs of removal.all the springs are the originals which were gold plated and rust free , some have now lost their plating-but the fact they remain good is testament to the benefit of the process.- the original case is sound and safe but a bit tired looking .i would prefer collection on this saxophone to avoid damage and to explain some of the alternative fingerings but will pack well if posted-thanks for looking.
