A fine English violin probably made by Benjamin Banks for the Longman and Broderip ca. 1775. This is a good example in all original condition (including the neck). It is set for a modern playing standards, but instrument can be arranged for the baroque playing. The instrument is in a fine state of preservation with very nice, charming sound.
