Selling my Rare Handmade Phiga Casta 2009 orangeburst neck thru uitar, the maker, Phil Gawen is know for his Jerry Garcia tributes among his other guitar styles, and builds them in his home in Texas, these are becoming rare as he hasn't produced this model in 6 years and they are becoming scarce. i have owned since new and it has never been out of my home or giged with. it plays amazing and sounds awesome and is really versatile with all of the coil splitting. This is a curly maple top Casta . It is light in weight and stays in perfect tune due to the slightly angled headstock and self-lubricating graphtech nut. Semi-gloss with a unique hand-rubbed stain. The glassy finish emphasizes the curly maple top book-matched top on a highly resonant poplar body. All guitars are hand signed at the headstock.
