All the woods used were top quality and were soaked, and dried to create the best and stable sound. The top and the bottom sound boards are both made by a single piece of paulownia that was specially thickened to enrich the sound and enhance the volume. The frame is made by very rare Bubinga wood carved with four kinds of Chinese flowers.The bridges are made of rosewood.In Chinese culture, four kinds flowers: plum blossom, orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum, are called four gentlemen. They are the symbols of four outstanding  character to be aspirant. Plum blossom means noble and unsullied. Orchid means talented. Bamboo means humble.
