This is a Telemaster prototype from Johnston Custom Guitars. This guitar is a reverse route control hybrid of a Telecaster style guitar and Jazzmaster/Offset body contours. This guitar is loaded with Custom TBar pickups from McNelly Custom Pickups! Adjustable pole pieces P90 pickups in traditional tele shapes. Red Alder body gives great sustain and resonance. With a rock hard Canadian Maple neck with soft V shape paired with the McNelly pickups make this guitar a beast! Premium hardware, electronics, wiring, and love make this guitar feel as good as it looks.Mini 250K pots and switch along with Sprague .33 Capasitor and cloth push back wiring and a switchcraft output jack all done by hand. Finished in Lake Placid Blue lacquer paint with white primer under neath! Very light relic'd wear with polished mirror clear finish to protect the metal flake in the paint.A Mighty V shape neck was added and matching headstock with simulated wear. Frets polished, filed, and shaped.Vintage aged white button Kluson tuners add an addition touch to the look and playablility of this guitar.Super fast neck with thin skin coats of tinted amber to the neck make it easy to play and the V gives great reach for the upper bouts.Kluson hardware in nickel finish were added and domed knurled knobs give the classic tele style control layout.More pictures are coming and a video to follow with the great tones from the P90s.Includes hardshell SKB case!With the exteded solid body gives great sustain and tone.
