Up for sale is a left handed Crafted in Japan, 2007 '52 Telecaster Reissue. I've made some improvements to this guitar, they include:
Fender Custom Shop '51 Nocaster pickups.Matched set, CTS 250K pots, Sprague "Orange Drop". 047 capCloth covered wireElectosocket output cup.Genuine Fender control plate and vintage correct knobs.Switchcraft 3-way switch and output jack.Genuine Fender brass saddles.Genuine Fender '52 stainless steel "flat head" screws.This is a beautifully made guitar, with all the attention to detail you'd expect from the Japanese craftspeople from Fender. It does not have the hard "V" neck as the American version, but more of a chunky "C" shape. The frets are virtually unused and have been dressed and polished. The neck is straight, fast and there's no fret buzz or dead spots. There is a small ding near the tone control, (shown in picture), that's the only thing keeping this guitar from being listed as "mint". This Telecaster weighs 7.7 lbs. It comes with all the CIJ paperwork and a Fender gig bag. Why pay $600.00 more for a nitro coat when this guitar feels and plays the same, if not better. I've done everything you'd want to do to make this a great playing, looking and sounding guitar. Shipping CONUSA only.
