The Keyboard has a bespoke Vinyl wrap fitted which not only protects the keyboard but makes it stand out. Simply Stunning, perfect for on stage or in a man cave. The wrap is car grade material designed for outdoor use so it will last for many years to come, made especially to fit the Korg M1 with all the button functions and controls clearly visible.
A new internal battery has been fitted, original factory sounds installed, keys removed, cleaned and re-seated with lithium grease and the whole keyboard has been cleaned inside and out.All the internal tack switches (buttons) have been replaced and the joystick is undamaged which is quite rare, so the keyboard works as good as it looks. There is some very minor marks but it is close to mint condition.Comes with an original manual, CD Rom which includes the manual on PDF, instruction video and additional sounds which I have collected and created over the years. So The famous Korg M1, if you have heard of it then you will no doubt know how good it is, if not Google can tell you all about it's famous history. The important bits are :-Very good Key action, the keys are spring loaded, touch sensitive and also have aftertouch. The key design is so good that it was used by Yamaha in many of it's high end keyboards and all the Korg models after the M1 for many years. The keys themselves justify having the keyboard even if you just wanted to use it as a controller. The Sounds are still very good even by today's standards, my favourite being the Saxophone and of course the Piano which was used on countless eighties and nineties hits. The keyboard is heavy but it is old school, mostly metal so it is very strong and built to last.It looks elegant and on stage it is an icon of the keyboard world just like a Fender Strat is an icon of the guitar world. It has midi in, out and thru and with the use of an interface can be plugged into a pc and will work with any DAWIt has a 1/4 inch headphone socket and 4 1/4 inch assignable outputs.Foot pedals can be plugged in.You can edit the sounds, replace them via midi or use memory cards. The keyboard is equipped with an on board sequencer and was the first Keyboard/workstation.You can find all the technical data you need to know on Google, the info I have provided is from my own experience of using it. The keyboard will be secure and safe in an old flight case, I have searched for the best means of delivery that I can find but you are welcome to collect or arrange your own courier. The item including the flight case weighs 29 kg with dimensions 115 cm x 18 cm x 44 cm.
