Hello. Selling a 2000 Gibson les Paul standard sparkle top. I'm the original owner. It's all original, no repairs or mods. It has the typical cloudy look on the back of neck and body from playing it. It does have a couple of small dings in the back of guitar and some light buckle rash. There are some other tiny nicks by the head also. This guitar has been played mainly for a church band. The treble side volume is scratchy when turning up and down when plugged in. I didn't want to replace it to keep it original. Frets have plenty of life. It has a sweet creamy distortion sound. String action is nice and low. It's set up with 10 gauge slinkys. I've had zero issue with the neck going out of adjustment. Guitar has always played flawless. Reason for selling it is I'm thinning down the collection. This is a limited run guitar. Gibson told me they ran this style sparkle top for 2 years in a few different colors. Don't know how many red ones they made though. Thanks for looking and if you have any questions I'll be happy to answer them.
