Up for grabs is a really nice early GJ2 Glendora.  I believe it is probably from 2013 as it was supposedly early in the run.  Why should you buy this guitar being that it is a small brand?  I think anyone who loves the Charvel Pro Mod stuff but hates Floyd Roses will absolutely love this guitar.  If this sounds like you, I can't recommend enough that you give this guitar a shot. The neck is very similar to a Pro Mod (I've owned two Pro Mods, so I am speaking from experience)- Compound radius and fast but still with enough meat that you your hand doesn't start cramping if you actually have to do a lot of chording.  It also has that great, raw feel to it that I love on Charvels.  I mean, these are from Grover Jackson, so the shred DNA is there.  Additionally, the parts used to build these are all high quality, and the in-house pickups Jackson is putting in these are lovely.  They have plenty of growl but aren't so high gain that the character of the guitar gets lost.  You can hear a little glassy, twangy strat tone in it no matter how much gain you dial in.  I really, really like that myself. The tremolo is actually something GJ2 machines in house as well and, in my opinion, is one of the best floating trems I've dealt with.  It sounds great and holds tune well.  As long as you are Kerry King, it actually does a much better job than you would expect with moderate trem bar use.   I do have the bar as well. Cosmetically, it is in really good shape aside from the one bad spot you can see in the pictures.  Someone must have whacked it pretty good as the ding went through the paint.  I filled it back in with nail polish, sprayed a light layer of clear coat just on the spot, and buffed it out.  Personally, I'd rather have a "birthmark" with a uniform surface, so that's what I went for.  The darker shade the spot has in the pics without flash is what it looks like, but I needed to use flash to make it show up properly in the close ups for some reason.  Frets are definitely jumbo, though I am not sure if they are stainless steel or not.  They have very little wear either way as you can see. So if you are a player that loves the look, feel, and sound of classic super strats, but always hated dealing with Floyd's, this will scratch your itch.  If you are looking for an American made alternative to similar current Charvels and don't care about having a locking trem, I also think you will find a lot of happiness with this guitar.   It also comes with a pretty sturdy Fender Gig bag.
