Lacquer is good, 99%, nothing used, is perfect. There are no real dents in the horn. The lacquer is aged in color. Due to being displayed on a wall for many years, the lacquer has an orange peel look, especially on the bell area. The lacquer is intact and not peeling. This is an original horn made by Holton in Elkhorn, Wisconsin Do not confuse this gem with the newer very cheap hunting horns.
