A very fine certified Italian violin made by Otello Bignami in Bologna in 1977, as indicated on the maker's label. The violin is made with inspiration of a beautiful Stradivari model. The instrument is inlaid with the maker's golden monogram, branded to the inside of the back and to the ribs near the button. This is a superb sounding violin in excellent state of preservation. The length over the back is 35.5 cm.
