This guitar is new but cannot be sold as such due to the minor scratch mark across the body at the bottom of the neck. There's also a couple of small marks on the pickup.Other than that this is a great guitar that plays and sounds great and certainly stands out in the looks department.It comes with the official Gibson factory documentation like check list and photo as well as the Gibson padded gig bag.Thanks a lot for looking and have a great day!
