A very fine certified Italian violin made by Otello Bignami in Bologna in 1973, as indicated on the maker's label. This is a Superb sounding and very beautiful example made with inspiration of a beautiful Stradivari model, as it is written on the maker's label. The instrument is inlaid with the maker's golden monogram, branded to the inside of the back and to the ribs near the button. 
This violin is in excellent state of preservation. The length over the back is 35.6 cm.
