with Robert Bigio Titanium stopperEngraved lip plate includes "32-t" and "Pat. 4550637 White Plains New York"Has been professionally sized to fit a standard wall .015" flute (like Yamaha 481, 581, 674 and such).  The tenon measures .779" and was sized by adding metal to the outside of the tube.  The tube interior is exactly as original and if you want to use the head with a thin wall flute the extra metal can easily be removed, all without changing the critical taper at all.The Robert Bigio stopper makes an already fantastic headjoint even more responsive.  For me the headjoint plays more like a high carat gold joint, but looks like silver (a very good thing for not drawing unwanted attention).  Still it can be played with a harder, edgier character than an all gold headjoint.  As you would expect intonation is excellent.  Tonal possibilities are vast and beautiful and at just under 91 grams total, it balances very well.I welcome calls with questions; 301.806.0604 and hope you will check my for Mateki and Sankyo flutes, a Haynes headjoint and more.
