This instrument was played regularly by a student who did Grade 8 on it and before I bought it. All working parts were checked by Priory Woodwind of Yorkshire - a kind of minor overhaul. I don't play the bassoon but I'm told it plays well and comes with case, neck sling, crook and cleaning wires.
