The one, the only, the Elite Stratocaster. Built in the early 80s these guitars had some appointments similar to a normal Strat as well as some appointments that catered to the rockers from the era. This 83 Elite is overall in great shape and sounds fabulous. Great playability up and down the neck. Cool Strat! Very cool player’s grade 1956 Fender Telecaster in a beautiful Blonde over ash body relic’d refin. XA-4-56 penciled neck date no visible body date, patent pending bridge, soft V neck profile. This guitar was recently refinished and relic’d by the pros at Fiesta Finishes. Earlier in its life someone had routed the neck for a humbucker. The old route was filled with a matching ash-wood block when it was refinished by the guys at Fiesta, and it looks amazing! The headstock decal has been replaced and there is some overspray on the face of the headstock. All electronics/wiring are original, and these pickups sound absolutely incredible. Original neck plate, the pickguard and neck pickup appear original but it’s really tough to say. Pro refret. Seriously great playing 50’s Telecaster at a player’s price! Comes with a non original hardshell case.
