Banjo made with Gibson rim 9546-44. Huber HR-30 rim. Keith tuners. First Quality metal parts. Rim is a 2 with the pilot holes under the flange. It has been refinished and the label is a replacement. Ebony fingerboard. Abalone inlays of exceptional quality. Chest thumper. Neck vibrates in your hand. Vibrates with your voice from feet away. Exceptional tone. Later I will add a link of Huber playing it. there is a gap near the tailpiece, It had another ring at one time. scratches on the outside of the rim. Paint worn from resonator at lugs. Has a Kasura case that has seen a lot of use, but incredibly strong. It opens from the opposite side and one of the latches is a little beat,.I'm selling "as is" with no returns. Cox Resonator. I've got an inline 5th string tuner and I'll throw it in the case before sending. Inlays are done by Kief Sloate of Custom Pearl Inlay. Check out the truss rod cover. Check out the Dave Nichols You tube.to learn about Kief. Do a little research on Kasura Cases. This banjo is alive and hasn't reached it's potential as far as set up. The tailpiece on there now has the top missing but is in the case if someone knows how to put it on. I've got a little tailpiece thumbscrew in the case. the tone can be changed by screwing this in and out. My guess is that a tailpiece change to something good will enhance the sound to something great for a working banjo. **** You tube--Huber Playing 9546-44.Thanks
