A well maintained pair of original Peavey HV 1280 two way speaker system. These are the real acoustic series of Peavey and with the test audio band (20 Hz to 20 kHz) pink noise with peaks over four times the RMS level, this powerful test signal level assures the users that every portion of this vintage system can withstand today's high technology music. The cabinet is constructed off 3/4" plywood and reinforced with 10 gauge steel bracing. The grill is permanently attached to the baffle to provide component protection and cosmetic appeal . The two way system is comprised of a 12-inch, wide bandwidth, low frequency driver and an 22XT compression driver loaded in a constant directivity horn supplying the mid and high frequencies. The frequency spectrum is divided by a two way passive crossover operating at 800 Hz, allowing a smooth frequency response from 60 Hz out to 18,000 Hz with a terminal strip to facilitate secure lead connection. These Speakers have been carefully tested and it certified to be 100% functional and also in great cosmetic condition. Comes with mounted 1/2" forged shoulder machinery eyebolts.
