Schecter USA Custom ShopPT "Wembly"The "wembly" concept at the Schecter Custom Shop started about a year and a half ago, as the idea of a vintage aged "gilmour-style" traditional model would be unveiled at the winter namm show. A few of the highlights of the "wembly" are custom handwound pickups, lightly aged nickel hardware, and nitrocellulose finish with light "checking". After trying the traditional model in that particular configuration, we couldn't wait to get our hands on the "PT" version which is a throwback Jimmy Page style tele!So here she is......a one-off true custom shop guitar from the folks in the Schecter Custom shop in California! We cannot say enough great things about this guitar, and about the work that these folks are doing out in their California based custom shop!! The pickups are warm and responsive.....a little less "twangy" than a fender pup, the neck is a soft "C" shape that's super comfortable, and the fretwork is second to none! If you are in the Concord, NC area you really owe it to yourself to check out this guitar! We've actually got a few more wembly guitars on custom order as well so don't forget to check out our other items.*Music49 is an authorized dealer for Schecter USA custom shop guitars.
