Vintage Looking R8 Sunrise Tea Burst VOS Mint and Unplayed!The top on this one really suggest vintage '58!  The perfect blend of subtle flame and grain. Heavy mineral flecking combined with great movement, depending on the light and angle. Finished in an exquisitely period correct looking faded burst. Gibson has returned to it's glory days with the new 2016 Custom Shop Historic Reissues. While this has the sought after upgraded 2014 Historic specs, the top on this one is simply exceptional. They are incredible guitars and this one is over the top.  Not only is it a visual piece of art, but it's a amazing player as well!  And the Sunrise Tea Burst VOS finish on this one really captures the vintage look. Unfortunately, word is getting around quickly that many of the highly figured R8's we've been enjoying recently are going away this year, as we speak.  Get a great one now before you end up having to pay up to a couple grand more for an R9 to get this top.Sonically they are phenomenal! Highs ring like a bell as they should with a very vintage, woody tone. Tremendous mids and low end clarity. And this one is in like new, unplayed condition.
